I haven't blogged in a while. I want a lookbook account sooooo badly. It's really weird how everyone is so close in our swim group, yet most of us don't even know each other that well. It's like swimming bonds people... I think that that is how it is with most sports. I am so pissed at my language arts teacher! So yesterday I gave her my rough draft for my research paper to proofread, and today she gives it back to me and says that she has already read it because she remembers the hook. The hook was on another piece of paper that was an exercise that we had to do!!! Yeah, so she gave it back to me and I was like you didn't read this. And she was like OH SORRY! Then I was like, so do you want it? And she was like, just give it to me later. Then she left and had a substitute. Yeah. Wtf, I'm like the only person who's paper she didn't read. I hate her!!!! I didn't go to the swimming party yesterday. Tomorrow we are going to Kate's Skate. I'm scared because I'm totally going to make a fool out of myself and I totally won't be cute. I need to finish my research paper! I hope I can go to practice today!!!

Today was a good day. We went to the MathCounts competition which was at UNCC. It was in the Cone Center, just like last year. The questions were a lot harder than last year though. We won 5th place and Alice won the Countdown round. It was awesome. I'm excited to go to the state competition which is at NCSSM. I placed 37th, which wasn't that great. It's fine though, since I tried my best. Jared looks like a princess. Also, the weird guy who wanted to take pictures with me and Maggie was there. So was Leah Mell. It was so weird and I was like trying to make her not see me. I hate Leah Mell. I can't believe she was there. Luckily she didn't win. Her team is probably too stupid. Anyways that weird guy kept on taking off his pants during the target round. Then we went to Concord Mills. It was really crowded and I didn't like it. However, I did get two shirts. One from PacSun and one from Forever 21. There were like 36 schools there. It was early. Katherine got 10th place individually which was awesome. I respect her now.

Today was an overall good day. This morning I woke up and I hit the snooze button which I usually don't do. I have been having trouble sleeping recently. For some reason, I always wake up tired and not refreshed, and I have trouble falling asleep. It might just be stress for my MathCounts competition which is this Saturday. I am very nervous for it, because I feel like I am not as smart as I was last year. I hope I do good though, because this year I actually am on the team of four. Math class was good today, except there was this one guy who I was talking to on Wimba and his name is Dakota. I asked him if he was a girl or a guy and he obviously thinks I'm a crazy psycho now. Career Decisions is probably the most boring class I've ever taken. The lady's voice is so freaking boring and annoying to listen to. I hope I can switch out of that class soon! Language arts actually wasn't that bad. We basically just went to the library then took notes all class. It was pretty nice, but apparently two of my vocabulary flash cards were spelled incorrectly!!! I was so pissed off because I spelled them right, but my handwriting just makes it look wrong. She always counts off on my tests for that too! I mean really, would I spell benevolent wrong?? It just kind of looked like I spelled benerolent on the test, so I got a 96. I hate her so much. Then in Science, nothing really happened. It was really boring. I am reading the book called The Drunkard's Walk: How Randomness Rules Our Lives. It's really good. When I was walking to the bus, Scott like turned around (he was in front of me) and then he saw me and then he started walking slowly and started talking to me. I was happy because he was being considerate towards me. Well maybe he was, or maybe Jordan and Ellie weren't talking to him. But when he started talking to me I randomly burst out laughing because I saw this funny looking wannabe scene boy. It was hilarious. I know he doesn't like me though, but I'm glad to have more guy friends. Also I have been having a bad hair day for two days in a row. My hair flips all to one side. And it's like really extremely flared and obvious. It looks horrible. I got my lollipop today.

Yesterday I went shopping with Maggie and her mother after Chinese School. It was awesome because almost everywhere was having sales! I didn't buy a lot because I had to use her mom's money which was just awkward! Yeah so we went to Hollister and we saw the HOTTEST guy! He was gorgeous!!! I took a picture of his backside, but not his face. Anyways he was so hot!!! Like his face was so...indescribable! He was amazingly beautiful. Anyways so I bought these jeans that are like extreme flare and distressed. It is really cute but my mom hates rips so she's going to return them... Today was good but I have a ton of homework! I feel like everyone is leaving me! I don't have a lot of friends anymore! Ahahaha I don't care because life is dandy for me still! It's really strange because now the guy I used to like talks to me a whole bunch now. Too bad I still don't like him! He's cute but I just don't like him. Yeah! I don't like anyone now! I have to do a lot of stuff for yearbook... My birthday is in 5 days! I still don't know what I want! My computer is really slow! I want a Mac! Today is New Year's Eve. Last week I was in Utah. We went there as a family to ski in Park City and stuff. There was a lot of snow. Yesterday we had a flight back. It was Salt Lake City to Phoenix, then to Charlotte. While we were waiting in Phoenix, I noticed an elderly couple standing up because most of the seats were taken. I got out of my seat and proceeded to sit on the window seat place. I felt very happy because I helped people out. For Christmas I got a NorthFace jacket, it's the kind that is for skiing and has two jackets in one. It looks fine. Also in Salt Lake City we went to this large Forever 21 and I got a long sleeved pink v neck, a brown tank top, and this gray short sleeved shirt with sleeves that tie. I couldn't get a bunch of things because people were waiting in the car. Snowboarders are really hot and so cool!!!! Today I got a haircut. It is way shorter and way thinner. I kind of like it. I am kind of sad because I am bringing in the New Year alone, my parents won't watch the tv with me because they are "sleepy". My mother won't let me get a straightener even though she said she would previously. I was disappointed. I must catch up on reading manga and watching videos since I haven't been on the internet in a long time. Today I cleaned my mirror with newspaper. It works well, but I discovered that there are cracks in my mirror. I wonder how they got there. Today I charged my iPod. It's been running out of batteries awfully quickly. I like it when you look at a hot guy and he looks at you. On the flight from Phoenix to Charlotte I saw this really hot guy sitting a seat away from me. Not next to me, there was a seat between us. Anyways he was hot but also probably 10+ years older than me. Ahahaha, when I grow up I want to marry someone who looks like that. I have no real New Year's resolution. The decade is almost over. I hope I can have a fresh start this year!

Yesterday was the last day of school before the break! Yesterday also we had this Christmas party for swim practice. We went to this place where you can do a whole bunch of things, like laser tag, bowling, arcade games, etc... We bowled for an hour and then played laser tag for 30 minutes then ate food for another 30 minutes. My team (red) won all of the matches in laser tag. The freaky thing was that the exact same guys were there yesterday as the last time I went to Sports Connection for my last swimming party. It was pretty strange. Also I was really sad yesterday because it seems like I don't have a whole bunch of friends at swim practice. And also no one wants to text me! There's this girl and she's like popular I guess and all the guys text her. Anyways, I don't care that much but it just makes me sad. In silver I had a whole bunch of friends and now I only have a few. Also the guy that I kind of started liking probably doesn't like me! Like usual. Anyways I don't like anyone anymore! And also I have Godiva chocolate. It tastes good. For break we are going to Utah to ski. I don't know what I want for Christmas. I kind of want a straightener but my mom will probably get super angry at me if I ask for one. Don't ask. They are unreasonable. I haven't blogged in like two months! Ahahah sorry. I doubt anyone's reading this.

Today was like super freaking awesome. Ok well the bad parts of the week were that I dropped my camera. Yeah, my parent's are pretty freaking angry at me because the inner screen is like cracked and they think I'm irresponsible and can't trust me anymore. But anyways, the first good thing that happened today was that I somehow magically won this popcorn contest. We had a book fair and you guess the number of popcorn in the bag and somehow I got the closest so I got a gift card for a movie theater! And then my super mean language arts teacher wasn't there, so that was good, but also bad. My grade in language arts right now is a 91 and that's a B and I NEED to get an A, and the quarter ends on next Wednesday. So I need to bring my grade up to a 92.5 at least!!! :( I hope I can get an A or I will freaking hate myself. And then so we were dispersed and I was in this class and there was a boy in the class who I think is like super cute. Like he's really cute. And then he said "hey there" to me and he smiled!!!! I smiled back but I bet my smile was like really ugly and repulsive lol. And after lunch we were walking back to our classroom and we went outside and he like totally looked at me. He was in front and I was like in the back and he so looked at me. Haha or maybe I'm just paranoid. And then in 4th block the guy I like talked to me!!!! He just said something cause these guys at my table make this really lame pun with my last name and they go like "hey Yu" and "did Yu switch seats with him?" and stuff like that. And then the guy I like was like saying something to do with that and I was like...ahahahhahahahahahaha I love my life! But this weekend my parents are probably going to be really angry and start lecturing me on breaking my camera and stuff... Sooooo! I am so not excited for that. I really need an A. OH! And today at mathcounts I was like first place in the speed round! :) I was really happy because everyone was like "omg you're so smart!" and stuff like that hahah. And yesterday I touched this really cute guy... Ahaha well basically it went like this. We were at lunch and he was sitting behind me and the guy in front of me was like "get him for me. just tap him" so I did and then the guy was like "OMG JULIA LIKES YOU!!!!" and I was like "no I don't!!!" and then the guy in front of me again was like "you should thank me so now you don't have to wash your hands!" and I was like "ahaha hell no". But anyways he's really cute, he looks like Justin Bieber kind of if that helps. Justin Bieber is freakinnnnnn hot.
